周章科

周章科，1982年出生于湖南省，本科、硕士均毕业于俄罗斯列宾美术学院。现为中国美术家协会会员、中国油画学会会员 ，担任云南省美术家协会理事、云南省美术家协会水彩艺术委员会委员、云南画院特聘青年画家、昆明市美术家协会副主席、 昆明民盟美术院副院长。

Zhou Zhangke (b. 1982) was born in Hunan Province. He earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the Repin Institute of Fine Arts (St. Petersburg, Russia). He is currently a Member of the China Artists Association and the Chinese Oil Painting Society. He also serves as a Council Member of the Yunnan Artists Association, a Member of the Yunnan Watercolor Art Committee, a specially appointed Young Artist of Yunnan Painting Academy, Vice Chairman of the Kunming Artists Association, and Vice President of the Kunming Mingmeng Art Institute.
